Delkote Seeking New General Manager

Delkote is a locally-owned company specializing in high performance products for new home construction, seeking a new General Manager to provide strong and dynamic leadership in a manufacturing environment.  Selected candidate will manage a small group of employees in a hands-on way, and have responsibility for growing the operations through continuous improvement.  Successful candidate will have sound written and verbal communication skills.  Knowledge and experience in construction and manufacturing is preferred, and a minimum of 5 years experience in a related business is required.  A degree in industrial management, construction management, or related field is preferred.
